IBS honors 36 KFH employees
Institute of Banking Studies (IBS) honored 36 employees from Kuwait Finance House (KFH) upon their successful completion of the Professional Certification Programs for the Year 2015-2016 in a graduation ceremony held at Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry under patronage of Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait Dr Mohammad Al-Hashel amidst a large attendance of executive managers and HR and training managers from all local banks.
The certificates included Risk Management Certificate (RMC), Certificate in Credit Management (CCM) and Advanced Certificate in Credit Management (ACCM), Certified Bank Branch Manager (CBBM), and Certified Assistant Bank Branch Manager (CABBM).
KFH is among the first in number of graduates in comparison to all local banks and financial institutions which confirms its keenness to hone the skills of its human resources and raise their qualifications for the benefit of the bank and its clients.
Obtaining such certificates motivates other employees and contributes to improve capabilities to compete and prove success. KFH spares no efforts to arm its staff and equip them with all what they need to support their efforts for the sake of improving themselves scientifically and practically.
Professor Yaqoub Al-Refaei, the Director General of IBS applauded, in his speech in the graduation ceremony, KFH’s significant role in improving the national human capital which reflects the outstanding performance and contributes in achieving the comprehensive development in the country.
