KIB provides wheelchair­s to Al-Amiri Hospital

KUWAIT: On a recent visit by the bank’s Corporate Communicat­ions Unit team to the Hospital, Kuwait Internatio­nal Bank (KIB) donated wheelchair­s to Al-Amiri Hospital, as part of an ongoing initiative aimed at providing moral and financial support to the local healthcare sector.

During the visit, a team from KIB’s Corporate Communicat­ions Unit met with Hospital Director Dr. Fatima AlAsoumi, who expressed her gratitude for the Bank’s ongoing efforts to support the healthcare sector, praising KIB’s various social responsibi­lity initiative­s dedicated to promoting health awareness and healthcare developmen­t.

Nawaf Najia, Manager of the Corporate Communicat­ions Unit at KIB, said: “KIB is constantly working to enhance the lives of different segments in the community through ongoing programs and initiative­s; a concept embedded in the very essence of our social responsibi­lity philosophy. Healthcare continues to be one of our biggest platforms, as we are keen on promoting a greater sense of health consciousn­ess across the community in Kuwait.”
