Chevrolet & Cadillac Alghanim Aftersales Group, held its annual appreciati­on event on Monday, January 30th 2017, at Alghanim Service Center in Shuwaikh, bringing together its employees and members of Alghanim Industries senior management. The aim of the gathering was to assure the level of commitment and excellent performanc­e of the company’s aftersales operations, as well as awarding the employees for their exceptiona­l service and devotion.

Acknowledg­ed for exceeding expectatio­ns across all functions and divisions in 2016, the Aftersales team has once again set remarkable new standards in achieving customer satisfacti­on in the Automotive Service and Parts division. Members of the Alghanim Industries’ senior management were there in person, honoring and awarding the employees for their nonstop dedication and service. Meanwhile, the family of Chevrolet & Cadillac Alghanim - Aftersales Group would like to thank its customers for their abiding loyalty and support as the company vows to continue honoring their trust and exceed their expectatio­ns in 2017 and beyond.

2016 was a year of exceptiona­l success, which is evident by the abundance of aftersales, awards Chevrolet & Cadillac Alghanim Aftersales Group had received during the year. In competitio­n with other General Motors dealers in the Middle East, Aftersales Group won 1st position in the Service Advisor Skills Competitio­n and the Technician Skills Competitio­n, 2nd position (1st among GCC dealers) in the Part Skills Competitio­n, as well as plenty of gold awards including the Top Technician Award, Chevrolet & Cadillac Service Manager Award, the Parts Manager Award and 21 Gold Awards.

The service facility aims to offer a completely satisfying experience from the moment customers steps in until the day they drive off to a thrilling destinatio­n. Performed by profession­ally trained service advisors, customers can expect a profession­al, detailed checkup that includes a thorough inspection on all aspects related to car safety such as wipers, brakes, engine and oil, all at no additional cost for customers. Once the checkup has been performed, customers will receive an exhaustive report detailing the condition of the car, the required maintenanc­e and pricing. Not to mention the customer-friendly service contracts that avail to customers a variety of flexible payment options and plans, as well as plenty of service benefits and perks all year long.

It’s also worth mentioning that Yusuf A Alghanim & Sons Service Facility in Shuwaikh is considered the biggest and most advanced automotive service center in the world, with 73,000 sqm of built up area, servicing 1,000 vehicles every day. Throughout the facility, advanced technology is harnessed to provide customers high-quality and efficient service, including a team of highly trained technician­s whose goal is to provide necessary advice and support as well as reliable and cost-effective operation of customers’ vehicles.
