The Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) global society. The purpose of the MoU is to promote the mutual benefits between the two parties in several areas of common interest.

The MoU was signed on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 by KFAS Director General Dr Adnan Shihab-Eldin and Dr Bjarne Olesen ASHRAE President-elect at KFAS’s head office. In addition, the two parties will explore the possibility of the production of books and publications of mutual benefit along with the ability to translate ASHRAE publications to Arabic.
