FASTtelco launches postpaid internet plans

Fixed high-speed unlimited internet starting at KD 11

-

FASTtelco, owned by Ooredoo Kuwait, launched new fixed high-speed internet plans on a postpaid basis, breaking away from the limitations of traditional prepaid yearly payment. Starting from KD 11 for an unlimited capacity of internet, the plans range in speed from 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps, making use of the increase number of areas covered with fiber optics. Customers who opt for the fixed internet service will enjoy an unparalleled reliable speed of internet at their home, with flexible payment mode on a monthly basis. All plans offer an unlimited capacity of internet with no daily or monthly cap.

FASTtelco’s head of retail Nouf Al-Meshaan said in a statement, “Our strategy from launching this product is to keep up with our customers’ mode of usage, and to better serve their needs. We live in a world where the Internet has become an essential and integral part. It has exceeded the role of being a means of business and communication, and is a vital part in every home, whether for video games or streaming entertainment content. We have carefully designed these packages with the option of committing in a yearly contract for even discounted prices, and we are certain that our new premium and reliable products will exceed our valued customers’ expectations.”

FASTtelco recently announced its new identity earlier this month, adopting a refreshed look with vibrant colors and a new design. The move comes to change the ISP’s market by introducing innovative products and plans that fulfil customers’ growing needs through technology. FASTtelco was recently acquired by Ooredoo Kuwait, a member of the international Ooredoo Group, in a move to bolster the telecom service provider’s presence in the Kuwaiti market. FASTtelco products can be purchased via FASTtelco’s authorized resellers, or on FASTtelco’s website www.fasttelco.net.

Starting in 2001, FASTtelco has succeeded to assume the leading position in the Kuwaiti Telecommunication market as an internet service provider to individual and corporate clients. The company was acquired by Ooredoo Kuwait in 2016.
