KFH offers Mobi Baitak vehicles to customers in Abu Fatira

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has offered Mobi Baitak vehicles on a daily basis to customers and residents in Abu Fatira area. This initiative emanates from KFH’s ongoing commitment to address customers’ needs and in an attempt to be more accessible to them in different areas.
The Mobi Baitak vehicles serve as mobile ATM machines. They are located at Abu Fatira Cooperative Society. The Chairman of the Cooperative Society expressed his thanks and gratitude to KFH for this initiative that contributes to residents’ satisfaction, while reflects the continuing efforts of KFH to be accessible everywhere in Kuwait. This service was highly applauded by residents of the area.
These satellite-monitored vehicles offer cheque books, change of password, and other regular banking services, such as cash withdrawal and the deposit of cash and cheques, in addition to balance statements in a secure and easy manner. It is worth noting that Mobi Baitak vehicles are subject to flexible schedules to cover various vibrant areas in Kuwait, mainly the remote areas.
Special needs
Meanwhile, KFH announced the commencement of operation of 10 ATMs provided specially for the blind in various areas of Kuwait in appreciation of their conditions and difficulties and to ensure that they avail the best services that suite their circumstances.
KFH gives the priority to customers with special needs at its branches and showrooms as it provides a team of employees equipped with sign language skills to communicate with this important segment of customers. KFH is keen on providing banking services to various tiers of customers and provide all means to obtain such services smoothly and easily. The ATMs allocated specially for blind people in its branches are located in Keefan - Rawda - Shaab - Zahraa - Mubarak Al-Kabeer - Dhaher - Fahaheel - Rihab - Saad AlAbdullah and Jahraa, Mikhyal Mall.
The ATM machines were distributed in various areas of the country in order to serve the largest number of customers bearing in mind that such machines have highly sophisticated specifications to suite blind people needs.
The machines have common specifications i.e. enable the blind to write by using Braille letters, taking voice instructions to facilitate procedures for all users. ATM machines are placed in easy to reach locations to ensure that users do not suffer any difficulties, bearing in mind that the machines are fully secured and monitored. Also, customers with special needs and the blind can now take advantage of the specifications of the new website that provides the auto reader feature. This allows them with assistance of their companions to take advantage of 150 free eservices.
