Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer Lexus wins prestigious award International quality standards and best-in-class service
Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons, one of the Al-Sayer Group Holding Companies received top recognition by winning “Best Call Center Award for Lexus” during the event which was hosted recently by Kuwait Public Relations Association under the patronage of HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah AlAhmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The award ceremony was attended by HH the Amir’s representative of Amiri Protocols Amiri Diwan, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Hind Al-Sabeeh and Chairman of Kuwait’s Public Relations Association Jamal AlNasrullah along with dignitaries and other distinguished guests.
Award winners were determined by a judging committee consisting of local and international experts in customer service who evaluated the participating companies at par with the highest international standards. The event also featured workshop on public relations and customer service strategies benefitting employees of ministries and leading organizations.

Bader Musaed Al-Sayer Business Director Al-Sayer Group Holding represented Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons at the event and received the award from H.E Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Hind Al-Sabeeh. Leading Public and Private sector organizations were contenders for awards and Lexus Kuwait was chosen as the winner in the relevant category among the Automotive Sector of Kuwait.
