CBK visits Hamra Mall to acquaint visitors with its BA co-branded cards

The Commercial Bank of Kuwait will be holding a booth at Hamra Mall to acquaint mall visitors with its three credit cards in collaboration with British Airways. The booth will be held for three days starting Thursday 6 till Saturday 8 April 2017.

CBK British Airways MasterCards are available in 3 types: MasterCard World, MasterCard Platinum and MasterCard Prepaid. They are the only British Airways co-branded cards in Kuwait and the MENA region and offer several benefits to their holders. CBK British Airways cards allow cardholders to earn AVIOS (which is the British Airways currency) for every 1KD they spend using their card and redeem them for flights and upgrades (Avios earning depends on the card type and whether it is used locally or internationally).

Upon card issuance, cardholders will receive an initial bonus AVIOS as a welcome gift to get them started, and which can be enough for a one-way flight from Kuwait to London (depending on the card type). Cardholders can also enjoy a free lounge access worldwide or regionally depending on their card type, as well as concierge services, free travel insurance, free nights when staying at Starwood Hotels (Sheraton, Le Meridien, Four Points etc...), hundreds of deals and discounts at restaurants, special deals with Reebonz, Careem Rides, and many more.

It is also worth noting that all CBK British Airways cards issued between 1st of March and 30th of April 2017 will be eligible for the current “Double Welcome AVIOS” campaign. Through this campaign, customers have the opportunity to double their welcome bonus AVIOS by spending a predefined amount during the first 3 months after card issuance date, a total of AVIOS that might reach a full flight from Kuwait to London (Tax and Fees excluded).
