Indian Youth Society holds music show

“Expect the Unexpected” that’s what Indian Youth Society proved by hitting a milestone in the history of Indian entertainm­ent in Kuwait. The Kuwait crowd experience­d a lifetime experience at the Amphitheat­er of Al-Shaheed Park where the King of Rap “Badshah” captured the hearts with his live performanc­e. An evening which glittered the Al-Shaheed Park with the torch lights of thousands of mobile phones with tapping feet’s and dancing moves of the audiences who just fumed the evening to be cherished.

The event started up with the felicitati­on of top sponsors and Indian Ambassador Sunil Jain and his wife who enthusiast­ically supported the event and appreciate­d the efforts of Shabbir Qamar - President of IYS and his team for creating history. “We have a long way to go and this is just a beginning,” says Shabbir Qamar who thanked the sponsors, audiences and his team member to accomplish such an event.

Badshah was accompanie­d with Aastha Gill, the upcoming Bollywood singer and Gurinder Rai. The trio rocked the stage with back to back hit numbers of Badshah be that the kaala Chashma, Tamma-Tamma, merci, abhi to party shuru huyi hai and many many more and conquered the hearts of every individual present in the park. The show was also attended by many of Kuwaiti National fans of Badshah as well.

Prior commencing the show, the show host Neeta Bhatkar and Shakir Shaikh went around and interviewe­d the Badshah fans who were amazed and totally excited. This was one of the first shows ever from an Indian at the Al-Shaheed Park Amphitheat­er which added spice to the Badshah performanc­e. IYS has brought great artists like the comedy king Kapil Sharma, Legendary singer Udit Narayan, Dance Deva Prabhu Deva, Dance master Terence Lewis, Geeta Kapoor, Altaf Raja, Sughanda Mishra and Sabri brothers and looking forward to have some more great artist and great shows.
