Zain shares Ramadan iftar meal with Contact Center (107) agents

Zain, the leading telecommun­ications company in Kuwait, shared the Ramadan iftar meal with its Contact Center (107) agents to recognize the efforts they exert during the holy month of Ramadan. The event witnessed the attendance of Zain Kuwait’s Chief Executive Officer Eaman AlRoudhan along with Chiefs and Directors from across the company’s divisions.

This annual event comes under the umbrella of Zain’s strategy to recognize and highlight the tireless efforts and hard work of its contact center agents, especially those who work around the clock all week long to provide the highest standards of customer service to Kuwait’s largest family of subscriber­s.

Zain’s executive management, headed by Chief Executive Officer Eaman AlRoudhan, was extremely keen on being present in the Contact Center (107) operations hall with the employees to share the blessings of the Holy Month of Ramadan with them. The company’s Chiefs and Directors were keen on motivating the agents to highlight the most outstandin­g efforts that contribute to the excellent service quality Zain customers enjoy today.

Through such initiative­s, Zain aims to encourage its employees to give their best by uplifting their spirits during the working hours of the holy month of Ramadan. The company believes that such recognitio­n strengthen­s the workflow mechanism within its workforces and ultimately results in providing better services to Zain customers.

Zain’s executive management expressed their pride in the big role employees play in maintainin­g the leadership position the company enjoys in the Kuwaiti telecom market.
