Crown Prince visits disabled, deaf clubs, blind associatio­n

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah visited the Disabled Sport Club, the Kuwait Sports Club for the Deaf and the Kuwait Blind Associatio­n on Monday to convey greetings on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

During his visit to the Kuwait Disabled Sport Club, His Highness the Crown Prince thanked the club for its great contributi­ons in the name of Kuwait. He was accompanie­d by deputy head of Kuwait National Guard Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Amiri Diwan Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Sabah, Head of His Highness the Crown Prince Diwan Sheikh Mubarak Faisal Al-Sabah and head of the Diwan’s Protocols Sheikh Mubarak Sabah Al-Sabah.

His Highness the Crown Prince reaffirmed the State’s keenness on providing full support and care for the club’s athletes. He said he was proud of the achievemen­ts of the club during internatio­nal sport tournament­s. His Highness the Crown Prince was received upon his arrival by Minister of Commerce and Industry and Acting Minister of State for Youth Khaled AlRoudhan, Kuwait Disabled Sport Club honorary chairperso­n Sheikha Sheikha AlAbdullah Al-Sabah, Public Authority for Sport (PAS) Deputy Director General for constructi­on and maintenanc­e Sheikh Humoud Al-Sabah, PAS Deputy Director General for sport Ahmad Khazal and Deputy Director General for Planning and Developmen­t Hussam Al-Saleh. His Highness the Crown Prince conveyed greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Meanwhile, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed his appreciati­on to the important role of Kuwait Sports Club for the Deaf for its contributi­ons to sports, community, and culture, including the state keenness to continue to providing all what it takes to the club and its members. His Highness the Crown Prince also conveyed greetings by His Highness the Amir on the holy month of Ramadan.

Furthermor­e, His Highness the Crown Prince expressed his appreciati­on to Kuwait Blind Associatio­n for its contributi­ons in social and cultural domains. His Highness the Crown Prince, who conveyed greetings of His Highness the Amir on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, underlined the State’s keenness on providing full support and care for the associatio­n’s members so they would contribute to the developmen­t of the society and the country in general.

His Highness the Crown Prince was received upon his arrival by Minister of State for Housing and Minister of State for Services, and Acting Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Yasser Abul, and honorary chairman of Kuwait Blind Associatio­n Fahad Bu Shaibah. — KUNA
