Crown Prince receives students union officials
Premier meets trade union members
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received yesterday at Bayan Palace presidents and members of the National Union of Kuwaiti Students (NUKS) branches in UK, Ireland, Egypt, Canada and Australia. His Highness the Crown Prince urged the students to exert further educational effort to better serve their nation and contribute to its progress and prosperity.
The political leadership offers great care to the Kuwaiti students and always provide them with all the facilities they need, His Highness the Crown Prince said. They offered His Highness the Crown Prince memorial gifts. The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of His Highness the Crown Prince’s Diwan for Local Affairs Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber AlAbdullah Al-Sbabah.
Meanwhile, His Highness the Crown Prince received Governor of Hawally General Sheikh Ahmad Al-Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Governor of Al-Asima (Capital) General Thabet Mohammad Al-Muhanna.
His Highness the Crown Prince also received Chairman of the Supreme Advisory Committee to work on completing the application of Sharia law Dr Mohammad AlTabtabaie as he offered His Highness a collection of the committee’s special Islamic publications and achievements.
In other news, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace yesterday members of the Kuwait Trade Union Federation (KTUF). The meeting was attended by head of His Highness the Prime Minister’s Diwan Sheikha Etimad Khaled Al-Ahmad AlJaber Al-Sabah. —KUNA
