Kuwait Times - - LOCAL -

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Saad Foundation for Knowledge and Scientific Research Sheikha Fadia Saad Al-Abdullah AlSalem Al-Sabah announced the launch of the training program for students in cooperation with the Manpower and Government Restructuring Program (MGRP) and the executive branch of the state.

Sheikha Fadia Al-Saad said on Thursday that the training program that was launched at the initiative of Ebtikar Al-Kuwait is part of Al-Saad’s knowledge and scientific research initiative. She added that the foundation follows the approach that nurtures young people and enables them to exploit their potential, which in turn develops their skills and values.

The aim of the program is to strengthen the responsibility of participation and raise the efficiency of local cadres and meet the national needs that contribute to the deepening and development of scientific exchange in the fields of education, vocational and educational.

Sheikha Fadia Al-Saad called for the need to invest young people as the energy of nations and leaders of societies towards development, stressing that their role is not negligible because they are the largest segment of society.

Dr Fatima Al-Hashim, Director General of Ebtikar Al-Kuwait, said in a similar statement that fruitful cooperation and exploitation of the youth’s energies in the work of the initiative reflects positively not only on the level of the student but on the whole society.

Hashim added that she took a guided tour with the supervisor of student training in both the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University and the College of Basic Education of the General Authority for Applied Education and Training in order to strengthen relations in order to achieve the goals of the Foundation.

She pointed out that the initiative is to train students in the administrative, media and educational work, stressing that all means of motivation to achieve the desired goal within the next four weeks, the duration of the program.

Meanwhile, the observer of the training of students in the restructuring program of the workforce and the executive body of the state Tariq Al-Kandari, in a similar statement, praised the role of Ebtikar Kuwait and the role of Al-Saad in containing and empowering students through the summer program for the training of students in secondary and university levels.

Kandari pointed out that this project reflects the cooperation between one of the most important institutions of the state, represented by the restructuring program and the initiative of Al-Saad Foundation, which enhances the social solidarity responsibility for the empowerment of Kuwaiti youth. — KUNA
