Officer jailed for smoking shisha

A police officer was seen smoking shisha in a cafe and his pictures were circulated on social media. This led supervision and inspection officers to the cafe in Farwaniya, who arrested him. They then informed Assistant Undersecretary for General Security Maj Gen Ibrahim AlTarrah, who ordered him jailed for 20 days for violating interior ministry rules and regulations. He was sent to the military prison to serve the sentence.
