NBK spon­sors new LOYAC pro­gram

The Na­tional Bank of Kuwait (NBK) spon­sors “Ja­hez (ready) pro­gram” of­fered by the LOYAC’s Vol­un­teers Foun­da­tion. It aims to pre­pare young peo­ple to join the la­bor mar­ket and to sup­port the Foun­da­tion’s var­i­ous ac­tiv­i­ties and its pi­o­neer­ing role in sup­port­ing com­mu­nity and hu­man­i­tar­ian in­sti­tu­tions. NBK spon­sor­ship in­cludes full sup­port for the “Ja­hez” pro­gram, which will last for 10 days start­ing from July 30 till Au­gust 10, 2017. As for the tim­ing, it will be from 5 to 8 pm on Sun­day to Thurs­day.

“The ‘Ja­hez’ pro­gram of­fers a real value added for young peo­ple and gives them a distinc­tive ed­u­ca­tional ex­pe­ri­ence that pre­pares them for join­ing the la­bor mar­ket,” said NBK Pub­lic Re­la­tions Of­fi­cer Joanne Al-Ab­dul­jaleel. She added that the pro­gram in­cludes lec­tures pro­vided by a group of lec­tur­ers from the Hu­man Re­sources Depart­ment in the bank on cus­tomer ser­vice. The pro­gram will be at­tended by 30 stu­dents be­tween the ages of 16 and 21 years.
