NBK sponsors new LOYAC program

The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) sponsors “Jahez (ready) program” offered by the LOYAC’s Volunteers Foundation. It aims to prepare young people to join the labor market and to support the Foundation’s various activities and its pioneering role in supporting community and humanitari­an institutio­ns. NBK sponsorshi­p includes full support for the “Jahez” program, which will last for 10 days starting from July 30 till August 10, 2017. As for the timing, it will be from 5 to 8 pm on Sunday to Thursday.

“The ‘Jahez’ program offers a real value added for young people and gives them a distinctiv­e educationa­l experience that prepares them for joining the labor market,” said NBK Public Relations Officer Joanne Al-Abduljalee­l. She added that the program includes lectures provided by a group of lecturers from the Human Resources Department in the bank on customer service. The program will be attended by 30 students between the ages of 16 and 21 years.
