Deputy FM meets World Food Program GCC director
Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah met Director of the UN World Food Program (WFP) office in the UAE and GCC Abdullah Al-Wardat yesterday. The two discussed cooperation between Kuwait and the WFP amid activities carried out by the UN Program around the world. The WFP official praised Kuwait’s leading role in the field of humanitarian work and support of WFP’s activities. The encounter was held in the attendance of Assistant Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs Amal AlHamad. In separate talks later, Jarallah discussed regional and global developments with Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Kuwait Abdulaziz Al-Fayez.
