One of the homegrown brands catering to the market demand is Poele, a French based culinary concept, using all fresh ingredients that are carefully sourced from suppliers on the same day, and customized to suit special customer requests. For Chinese food lovers there’s China Garden, a local concept which puts a lot of emphasis on quality using only the freshest ingredients available in the market. It is a concept that was developed by two young Kuwaiti men who were eager to bring an authentic Chinese experience to the local market where they felt it was lacking. Another refined concept set to open is Life with Cacao, a fine dining restaurant and dessert destination that is renowned for using only the finest and freshest homegrown ingredients in its culinary creations as per world-class standards.
