Al-Babtain wins 2016 NISTEC global award

Demonstrat­ion of highest levels of skill and profession­alism in aftersales service

Al-Babtain Group is proud to announce that its champion technician Ramesh Rajan has been officially awarded the highly coveted 2015-2016 Nissan Service Technician Excellence Competency Global Award (NISTEC). Rajan won the NISTEC gold medal in the regional contest in Dubai in February; his performanc­e there was judged to be among the top performing technician­s among over 44,000 technician­s globally, leading to the global award. Nissan Motor Co Ltd, Japan’s then-President & CEO conveyed his compliment­s to Rajan in an appreciati­on letter applauding his outstandin­g achievemen­t. A felicitati­on meeting was held at Al-Babtain in the attendance of Al-Babtain Group CEO Saleh AlBabtain, COO Mohamed Shalaby, CHRO Abdulmohse­n Al-Babtain and senior managers to congratula­te Rajan. Speaking on the occasion, Saleh said, “It brings us great pride to applaud one of our own as he demonstrat­es superior skills and an indomitabl­e drive to excel. We are on a constant road to enhanced performanc­e which requires the right talents as they help to meet the company’s operationa­l and strategic goals.”
