Amir meets KFAS members
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received yesterday at Bayan palace Director General of the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) Dr Adnan Shihab Eldin. His Highness the Amir also met KFAS members of Board of Directors Dr Faiza Al-Kharafi, Hani Abdulaziz Hussein, Dr Salah Abdullatif Al-Ateeqi, Engineer Khalid Khudair Mashaan Al-Khudair and Advisor at Amiri Diwan Dr Yousef Hamad Al-Ibrahim.
During the meeting, they presented to His Highness the Amir the newly appointed Deputy Director General of the KFAS for Scientific Affairs Dr Salem Al-Hajraf and the newly appointed Deputy Director General of the KFAS for supporting departments and programs Dr Amani Al-Bedah.
The members, during the meeting, also briefed His Highness the Amir on KFAS’ achievements in 2016. His Highness the Amir welcomed the newly appointed members and praised the KFAS achievements. Meanwhile, the KFAS Director General expressed honor to meet His Highness the Amir on this occasion.
Earlier yesterday, His Highness the Amir received His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. In other news, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace early yesterday Chairman and members of Social Reform Society (SRS).
