ABK presents customers with instant card issuance

In line with its Simpler Banking strategy, Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) recently launched the Instant Card Issuance service, providing clients with the opportunity of receiving their Debit cards immediately while also instantly selecting their PIN.

The Instant Card Issuance service is available at selected ABK branches namely ABK Head Office, Hawally, Shuwaikh, Zahra and Saad Al-Abdullah, with plans to introduce further branches later this year.

ABK customers can now open an account, receive their new debit cards instantly from select branches, and request a replacement card due to lost or damaged cards from any branch as long as the card is collected at the selected branches above.

Whilst this service is currently for debit cards only, ABK will be launching the same for our credit and prepaid cards shortly. ABK’s simpler banking strategy seeks to continuously present its customers with a simpler banking model through the launch of new and innovative services that offer more convenience and speed.
