KFH organizes youth campaign for ‘My Account’ members

KFH has launched a campaign titled “Put it on My Account” to “Hesabi” (My Account) customers. This campaign comes as an initiative to strengthen and enhance relations with “Hesabi” customers and provide an additional advantage to suite this account youth customers. This symbolic initiative was largely praised and welcomed by customers who have sensed and felt the values which this campaign carries, thus making KFH a loyal and dedicated partner to all customers.

The Public Relations Team (PR) has prepared and organized a program to host a large number of the restaurant visitors holding “Hesabi” account at KFH. Customers holding “Hesabi” account are welcome every Thursday in all 3 branches to have a free meal upon presenting “Hesabi” card.

The account was originally designed to fulfill the special needs of the youth tranche and their active and energetic lifestyle. “Hesabi” program covers youth at the age of 15 - 21 years old and provides exclusive and distinguis­hed offers. “Hesabi” customers are able to invest any amounts they wish. When reaching the age of 21 years the customer’s status is changed to one of the other programs “Rayan”, “Sundus” or Tamayuz”. In addition, special offers are organized periodical­ly for “Hesabi” customers and sundry banking services are made available to them. “Hesabi” program customers enjoy KFH online services and applicatio­ns on smart phones in addition to Al-Shamel ATM service and Aloo Baitak service. Hesabi customers benefit also from the sundry service packages e.g. “Saving” account “Auto-Service” Account and “Investment Deposits” account with a specially designed ATM card. Services include also SMS service and issuance of KFH prepaid cards.
