Sheraton Kuwait appoints new Italian chef at Riccardo restaurant

The Sheraton Kuwait, A luxury collection hotel is pleased to announce the joining of Chef Giulio who will be resuming the role of head chef in our Riccardo restaurant. With his vast knowledge and experience on a variety of traditiona­l Italian cuisines, not only will he bring his new creations with his own creative twist to please the palates of both internatio­nal and local guests adding enthusiasm and inspiratio­n.

Chef Giulio, who was born in Italy, has always been fascinated by the art of culinary, which has defined his career. With 15 years of experience in the hospitalit­y and restaurant industries at various internatio­nal locations, with him he brings expertise on Italian cuisine together with a true passion for the culinary arts and new culinary ideas to bring the guest’s dining experience to the next level.
