INJAZ Kuwait supporting partner of ArabNet 2017
INJAZ Kuwait has recently participated as a supporting partner in the second edition of ArabNet Kuwait conference, took place on 17-18 October, under the patronage of H.E Khaled Nasser Abdullah Al-Roudan, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Youth Affairs.
Arabnet is a leading events, media and research company focused on digital business and entrepreneurship in MENA. Arabnet organizes major annual conferences in Beirut, Riyadh, Dubai, and Kuwait; publishes news and analysis of the digital sector on its online news portal and print ‘Arabnet Quarterly’ magazine; and creates original research reports about the region’s digital industry.
The conference, which featured over 30+ leading companies from across the region and the world engaging guests to discover the latest trends, applications, and technologies in the region also paved the way for competitions including: The Startup Battle and The Ideathon competition
INJAZ’s participation comes in line with its on-going efforts to support Kuwaiti youth, enhance corporate volunteering awareness and community service in the private sector and organizations, to achieve INJAZ’s mission in empowering young people to own their economic.
Since 2005, INJAZ-Kuwait has reached over 54,336 students from 129 educational institutions, thanks to 4,859 volunteers-and growing. INJAZ Kuwait connects corporate volunteers to mentor youth in collaboration with the privet sectors and organizations, who have provided their professional experience in the financial literacy, entrepreneurship and business management fields. INJAZ Kuwait continues to equip and support youth, to ensure a more prosperous future for generations to come.
