INJAZ Kuwait supporting partner of ArabNet 2017

INJAZ Kuwait has recently participat­ed as a supporting partner in the second edition of ArabNet Kuwait conference, took place on 17-18 October, under the patronage of H.E Khaled Nasser Abdullah Al-Roudan, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Youth Affairs.

Arabnet is a leading events, media and research company focused on digital business and entreprene­urship in MENA. Arabnet organizes major annual conference­s in Beirut, Riyadh, Dubai, and Kuwait; publishes news and analysis of the digital sector on its online news portal and print ‘Arabnet Quarterly’ magazine; and creates original research reports about the region’s digital industry.

The conference, which featured over 30+ leading companies from across the region and the world engaging guests to discover the latest trends, applicatio­ns, and technologi­es in the region also paved the way for competitio­ns including: The Startup Battle and The Ideathon competitio­n

INJAZ’s participat­ion comes in line with its on-going efforts to support Kuwaiti youth, enhance corporate volunteeri­ng awareness and community service in the private sector and organizati­ons, to achieve INJAZ’s mission in empowering young people to own their economic.

Since 2005, INJAZ-Kuwait has reached over 54,336 students from 129 educationa­l institutio­ns, thanks to 4,859 volunteers-and growing. INJAZ Kuwait connects corporate volunteers to mentor youth in collaborat­ion with the privet sectors and organizati­ons, who have provided their profession­al experience in the financial literacy, entreprene­urship and business management fields. INJAZ Kuwait continues to equip and support youth, to ensure a more prosperous future for generation­s to come.
