KIB honored for gold sponsorship of 4th ‘Future Makers’ project

KUWAIT: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) has recently been honored by the Kuwait Industries Union (KIU) for its gold sponsorship of the 4th ‘Future Makers’ project, which was organized by the Union. The Bank was honored during the closing ceremony of KIU for 2017 projects, which was held at the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

KIB’s sponsorship of the 4th ‘Future Makers’ project reflects its strong belief in the project’s objectives, which aim at preparing newly graduated students looking

to work for the industrial sector by presenting them with practical training courses, field work, visits and educational seminars.

On this occasion, Manager of the Corporate Communications Unit at KIB, Nawaf Najia, expressed his gratitude and highest appreciation towards KIU for honoring KIB, commenting: “This recognition is a testament to KIB’s unwavering commitment and support to various community-based initiatives, particularly projects that aim at national economic development.” Najia added, “KIB’s sponsorship of the ‘Future Makers’ project came as part of its ongoing efforts to support youth, as we believe that youth are the leaders and architects of the future.”

Najia also lauded KIU for its vital role in supporting and organizing projects that contribute to the development of skills and capabilities of youth at the beginning of their career in the industrial sector, thereby developing the sector in the country. At the end, Najia wished KIU more successes and achievements in their future endeavors.
