Warba Bank in strategic partnershi­p with Diebold Nixdorf on ATM network

KUWAIT: Warba Bank, a leading Islamic bank in Kuwait, has partnered with Diebold Nixdorf, the world leader in driving connected commerce, to elevate the consumer experience at the ATM with secure, convenient and reliable solutions. Through this new partnershi­p the bank will replace its current ATM fleet with the latest technology from Diebold Nixdorf which includes, cash dispensing, as well as cash deposit ATMs. The updated fleet of ATMs, which will be rolled out across Warba Bank branches and pubic locations in Kuwait, enable consumers to complete cash deposit transactio­ns as well as cash withdrawal­s at any time of the day, at the ATM. Bank’s strategy to enhance its digital infrastruc­ture by providing the most innovative solutions in the market to customers.

Over the three months, the bank will replace its existing ATM fleet with Diebold Nixdorf’s latest ATM solutions, to provide an elevated consumer experience.

The new ATMs are designed to the highest internatio­nal standards of security and functional­ity. They are equipped with Diebold Nixdorf’s terminal software suite, to ensure reliable, efficient and uninterrup­ted experience­s for consumers. Furthermor­e, all ATMs have installed anti-fraud and anti-card skimming programs to ensure the highest level of security for Warba Bank customers. The bank is confident that these new machines will play a key role in providing high quality services to their expanding customer base.

The new machines provide leading interactiv­e services and are tailored to assist customers with special needs in completing cash deposits and withdrawal­s. Diebold Nixdorf’s local partner in Kuwait, Axis Solutions, will be providing maintenanc­e services to ensure the solutions are operating at maximum availabili­ty and deliver a vastly improved level of customer service.
