Burgan Bank, elite sponsor for Kuwait National Arabian Horse Festival

KUWAIT: Keeping in line with its social responsibility strategy to boost the sports sector and long standing customs in Kuwait, Burgan Bank announced yesterday its elite sponsorship of the Kuwait National Arabian Horse Festival 2017. The Egyptian Arabian Horse Competition will take place from 17th- 18th of November 2017, and the 6th National Arabian Horse Competition will take place from 30th of November till 2nd of December 2017.

Annually organised by Bait Al Arab, under the umbrella of Al Diwan Al Amiri, the event is held under the patronage of HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. Bait Al Arab is an educational and equine oasis supported by the state and breeders of Kuwait. The championships will be held at the facility of Bait Al Arab, the official State Stud dedicated to the breeding of purebred Arabian horses.

The 6th National Championship will be supervised by ECAHO - European Conference of Arab Horse Organizations - the official body responsible for managing similar local and international tournaments. The Kuwait National Arabian Horse Festival receives interest from a large number of enthusiasts of Arabian horses and is widely known for its active participation by Arab horse breeders both locally and regionally.
