Ahli United Bank wins ‘Best Islamic Bank in Kuwait 2017’ award
KUWAIT: Ahli United Bank (AUB) has won the prestigious “Best Islamic Bank in Kuwait 2017” award from Islamic Business and Finance Magazine. The award was based on a number of achievements that AUB has realized recently, including being one of the safest Islamic banks in Kuwait.
Richard Groves, the CEO of Ahli United Bank, received the award on behalf of the Bank at the Islamic Business & Finance awards ceremony, held recently at the Emirates Towers Hotel in Dubai. Over 200 guests attended the ceremony which was hosted by senior executives from CPI Financial, the magazine’s publishers. Amongst the guests were well-known Islamic Banking experts as well as distinguished members of various banks and insurance companies (takaful) from many different countries.
