Al-Tijari launches the innovative ‘InstaPay’ service
KUWAIT: Commercial Bank of Kuwait announced a new and free of charge “InstaPay” service to be added to its online electronic service package.
Commenting on the new e-service added by the Bank to its multiple electronic services, Sahar Al-Rumaih, Acting GM - Retail Banking Division and GM Corporate Credit Division in Commercial Bank of Kuwait said “The Bank endeavors to keep up with the latest technology associated with electronic and digital services offered by banks. Drawing on this, the Bank took the lead and launched the excellent e-service “InstaPay”. AlRumaih stated that, through this around the clock service, Al-Tijari customers can easily collect funds from any person holding a local bank debit card via “Al-Tijari Online” or “Al-Tijari Mobile”.
Al-Rumaih added that this process would be in the form of a text message sent to the payer and upon his approval, he will be redirected to the K-Net payment gateway where he can pay using any local debit card. Once the transaction is successful, the amount will be instantly credited to the customer’s account with Al-Tijari.
Al-Rumaih explained that this service would facilitate the collection of funds for Bank’s customers and is secured with the highest safety and protection standards and provides 24-hour collection of funds for a maximum amount of KD 2,000 per day, thus reducing the effort and time for customers’ convenience. Al-Rumaih indicated that the Bank is always close to its customers through its branch network prevailed throughout Kuwait and via the electronic service channels available to customers, and always endeavors to offer superior and excellent offers and services, noting that customer’s satisfaction is a goal that the Bank is always keen to achieve, thus stepping up its efforts to develop and improve the services provided to customers in general and the e-services in particular.
