Al Mulla Exchange marks another milestone with 75th branch opening
Al Mulla Exchange added another feather to their cap with the opening of their 75th branch in Kuwait. The premier Money Exchange company in Kuwait has always made it a point to be closer to the customer and this new outlet which is their 4th in the Fahaheel area is a testimony to that. To mark this momentous occasion, the branch was inaugurated by the Chairman of Al Mulla Exchange, Abdulla Najeeb Almulla on 5th January 2018. Addressing the media, customers and staff, Mr. Abdulla had this to say “This is definitely a milestone for Al Mulla Exchange and is truly a result of the support of the customers as well as the dedication of the staff and the management.” He also added that the 100th branch of Al Mulla Exchange is not very far away.
Also attending the event was Hormuzda Davar, Managing Director of Trading & Manufacturing and Financial Services. Mr Davar also explained the journey undertaken by Al Mulla Exchange through the years to reach the top slot. “We are immensely pleased that we have grown from 6 branches to 75 branches in just 12 years. Along with 27 branches in Oman and 17 branches in Bahrain, Al Mulla Exchange is on the growth trajectory. All this is without doubt is because of customers and our existence is due to that only. Our team believes in one motto and that is to beat customer expectations, not just beat them. So you can expect from all us in the coming days and years to bring out more products and services for our customers”
Free insurance coverage
The new branch location located at the Olive Supermarket building has been selected very carefully keeping in mind the easy access of customers to the area. Al Mulla Exchange offers a lot of value added services to customers including free insurance coverage, Free loyalty points that can be redeemed against commission as well as a lot of engaging entertainment programs throughout the year.
They were also the first to introduce self-serving kiosk machines which enable customers to do transaction on their own and at their convenience. Customers are also fasting adapting and adopting the online services, making transfers immediate and from their comfort of home or office. The soon to be introduced Remittance App also promises to be a great addition to their list of already impressive products. With a growth expansion mindset not just in Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, Al Mulla Exchange is looking to looking to expand into other countries as well in the coming days and years.
