Infiniti Al-Babtain sweeps the automotive market by ranking first

Consumers vote in Service Hero 2017 for 5th consecutive year

KUWAIT: Al-Babtain Group, the authorized dealer of Infiniti vehicles in the State of Kuwait is proud to announce acquiring top positions in the authorized car dealers categories according to the customer-driven satisfaction index, Service Hero 2017.

Since 2013 Infiniti Al-Babtain has ranked first in the after-sales service in the authorized car dealers, which validate its superior and class-Leading service.

All the stages concluded on December 31 of last year, and the results were announced. Infiniti Al-Babtain ranked first in the ‘Car purchase’ for the purchase of a new car directly from an authorized car dealers, in addition to ranking first in the after-sales service. This survey is done by “Service Hero” every year, and is based on customers’ voting for best companies in customer care service in Kuwait.

“Service Hero” is the first and only index in Kuwait measuring customers’ satisfaction, and it follows a strict protocol to ensure the real identity of the customers who have participated in it.
