KIB sponsors ‘Love of Kuwait’ National Day parade

KUWAIT: In celebration of National and Liberation Days, Kuwait International Bank (KIB) participated in the annual ‘Love of Kuwait’ National Day parade, which was organized by the Kuwait Dragons Bikers team. The parade saw the participation of over 2,000 motorcycles and 600 vintage cars, which were supervised by a group of regionally and internationally renowned motorcyclists and drivers.

The parade’s official starting point was nearby the Kuwait Towers, located on the Arabian Gulf Road, and travelled all the way to 360 Mall, where a number of bicycles were showcased for public viewing. Featuring a wide range of fun, entertaining activities and performances, the annual ‘Love of Kuwait’ parade is a community-based, voluntary, and humanitarian event embodying the nation’s message of social unity and peace.

In this context, Manager of the Corporate Communications Unit at KIB, Nawaf Najia, said: “It is with great pride that we lend our support to this outstanding parade. Our sponsorship came as part of our celebrations commemorating Kuwait’s 57th National Day and 27th Liberation Day anniversaries. We are also committed to supporting youth-related and national activities, which is the least we could do to show our ongoing support and appreciation for our beloved nation.”

Najia added that KIB is committed to participating in a number of diverse activities and initiatives that serve to memorialize this historical event in all our hearts. Accordingly, the bank is adamant on being consistently involved in initiatives that support the success of events that truly bring people together in unity and love for this great nation.
