Amiri envoy delivers letter to Oman’s Sultan Qaboos
His Highness sponsors army officers’ graduation ceremony today
KUWAIT: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace yesterday Minister of Trade and Industry and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Khaled Nasser Al-Roudhan, accompanied by Dr Rashed Shabib Al-Ajmi, President of the Competition Protection Authority, and board members. The meeting was attended by Amiri Diwan Affairs Minister Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah.
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah AlAhmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah also received His Highness Sheikh Nasser AlMohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. Meanwhile, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber AlSabah received His Highness Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad, President of the Financial Supervisory Authority Abdulaziz Dakhil Al-Dakhil, and KUNA Board Chairman and Director General Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah.
In other news, His Highness the Amir, the Commander of the Armed Forces, is set to attend today the Kuwait Army’s annual graduation ceremony for the 21st officers and for 45th cadet officers. The event takes place under the patronage of His Highness the Amir at the Military College.
Separately, His Highness the Amir’s envoy, Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Al-Abdullah AlMubarak Al-Sabah delivered a letter to Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed of Sultanate of Oman from His Highness the Amir. In his letter, His Highness the Amir thanked Qaboos bin Saeed and the Omani people for their support and participation with the recently held Kuwait national celebrations.
Later yesterday, Sheikh Mohammad AlAbdullah visited the Royal Opera House in Muscat. Minister Sheikh Mohammad, who was accompanied by Hussein bin Ali bin Abdulatif, Advisor at Sultan’s court, toured the opera house halls. He was then honored with a luncheon held by Khaled AlBousaidi, Minister of the Omani Sultan Court.
