Mais Alghanim recognized as best call center service & social media accounts

Mais Alghanim group of restaurants announced recently that they have been recognized for their commitment in providing high-class customer service in Kuwait’s Public Relations Association’s annual awards for the year 2018. The awards, under the patronage of HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, saw Mais Alghanim win awards for ‘Excellence in Call Center service’, for best practices in providing customer service in the food delivery; and ‘Excellence in Social Media account’.

The Managing Director of Barakat Foods, Chawki Barakat and Mais Alghanim Restaurant Operations Manager, Walid Yehya has received the award from Her Excellency Hind Al-Sabeeh, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and Minister of State for Economic Affairs, at a ceremony also attended by Sheikh Khalid Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah, Head of Amiri Protocols, and Jamal AlNasrullah, Head of Kuwait’s Public Relations Association.

Commenting on this great achievement Chawki Barakat said, “The Social Media team at the marketing department has done a great job by covering all activities and publishing our various offers to reach our audience in different social platforms, he added that the response rate was 100% with maximum 1 hour to respond to our customers inquires, and our team at the delivery call center also did great job in communicating with our customers”
