Celebrating and congratulating all the members of the hotel and their families for all their hard work, dedication, exquisite hospitality and services throughout 2017.
This year’s Annual Staff Party was themed as Go Be Happy where the ballroom tables were decorated with colorful lantern, immediately capturing the eye upon entry to the ballroom. The stage was also decorated with large lantern to set the theme for the host and hostess of the event. During the event, members of the hotel enthusiastically prepared and participated in several forms of entertainment throughout the evening. It enabled everyone to enjoy the show which was filled with enriching knowledge about the cultural diversity of the international community we have at our hotels. This diversity has been a great unifying factor of the hotel associates and responsible for the hotel’s success as the cultural differences within the hotel have balanced to create a multicultural community filled with understanding, mutual respect, and exquisite hospitality.
Filling the ballroom with friendly competition, several teams performed by singing or performance to express their unity, communication, and team work. Moreover, the hotel took this opportunity to show their great appreciation by honoring all those members of the hotel who have dedicated half a decade, a decade, two decades and more of their lives to both the hotels and to their esteemed guests.
On this special occasion, Mr Fahed Abushaar, the General Manager of Sheraton Kuwait, a Luxury Collection Hotel and Mr Mounir Amer, General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait, thanked each and every member of both hotels and their families. Assuring them that their hard work, dedication and unwavering effort is always appreciated and is a great part of the remarkable success of the hotels. Going the extra mile to recognize and reward the quality of teamwork and collaborative efforts put forth by associates is inherent to the hotel’s family ethic and culture. It is events such as these that help in creating enjoyable employee relationships, networking, and overall the success of the hotels.
