Oracle names Draghmeh as country leader

KUWAIT: Oracle yesterday announced the appointmen­t of Omar Draghmeh as the new Regional Country Leader for Kuwait and Bahrain. Omar will be responsibl­e for accelerati­ng the adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions, identify new growth opportunit­ies and enhance engagement with key stakeholde­rs in the country.

With more than 25 years of experience across key leadership roles in the region, Omar joins Oracle from Hewlett Packard where he held the role of Managing Director and Enterprise Group GM - Kuwait and Bahrain. Previously, Omar was the Director for Government Sector at Microsoft Saudi Arabia.
