KCST participates in educational exhibition
Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST) participated in the educational exhibition held at Murshid Saad Al-Bathal High school for boys, Farwaniya Governate, on Monday and Tuesday. The exhibition targeted the educational and career opportunities within the activities of the first vocational education gathering, under the name of, “Courage in the impossible ... ambition is not satisfied with less”. Kuwait College of Science and Technology participated in the presence of several schools from Farwaniya Governate educational area supervised by the Counselors of the Social and Psychological Services at the secondary school sector.
President of Kuwait College of Science and Technology, Dr. Khalid AlBegain expresses that the University’s Administration department, its Representatives from the Public Relations and the Student Recruitment department, to keenly participate in educational exhibitions in order to meet students whom are expected to graduate in the academic year of 2017/2018.
Introducing our Science and technology majors as follows:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, and for the First Time in Kuwait, Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Our participation also includes a step by step awareness into the procedures and regulations of being admitted, as well as explaining the procedures required for the students interested in registering into the local scholarship program.
Dr. Khalid Begain greatly encourages events and exhibitions such as the one being carried by Murshid Saad Al-Bathal High school. He truly believes these opportunities bring universities and organizations together under one roof; encouraging and enriching the minds of young adults and the future of Kuwait. The Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Ibrahim Bader Al-Mutawa has stated that he Kuwait College of Science and Technology is the only private university which offers a bachelor degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering other than other bachelor degrees offered by the university.
