Honda Alghanim presents 5 exclusive offers and more at its Honda Service Center

-

KUWAIT: Honda Alghanim, the exclusive distributor of Honda cars, motorcycles and marine equipment in Kuwait, presents to its customers throughout April more than 5 exclusive offers on the after sales services available at its Honda Service Center, winner of the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey for its excellent service in Kuwait.

The JAMA CSI is a yearly survey that relies on a face-to-face interview format evaluating the customer’s service experience and satisfaction with the exclusive agent’s performance, making it one of the most important and reliable assessment tools to measure customer satisfaction. In 2017, Honda Service Center won the “Number One” position in JAMA CSI, for the fourth time in a row, in terms of its provided service and the way customers are taken care of. Seeking to preserve this title for the fifth year, Honda Alghanim launched its 2018 campaign “One Team, One Goal” among other initiatives.

As part of its relentless efforts to provide an incomparable customer’s experience and further enhance its “Highest Quality is Low Cost” aphorism, Honda Alghanim offers 15 percent discount on tires, 20 percent discount on brake parts & spare parts, and 30 percent discount on balancing. Additionally, owners of Honda car 2013 models and older can receive

genuine Honda oil for KD 8 or replace their cars’ oil and filter for KD 10 only.

The Honda Alghanim showroom in Al Rai area operates from 8:30am to 8:30pm, Saturday to Thursday, and from 10:00am to 8:00pm on Fridays.
