The JAMA CSI is a yearly survey that relies on a face-to-face interview format evaluating the customer’s service experience and satisfaction with the exclusive agent’s performance, making it one of the most important and reliable assessment tools to measure customer satisfaction. In 2017, Honda Service Center won the “Number One” position in JAMA CSI, for the fourth time in a row, in terms of its provided service and the way customers are taken care of. Seeking to preserve this title for the fifth year, Honda Alghanim launched its 2018 campaign “One Team, One Goal” among other initiatives.
