McDonald’s holds ‘Peter Rabbit’ screening at Marina Mall
McDonald’s Kuwait brought the magic of cinema to a very special group of children with a private screening of the new animated hit, “Peter Rabbit”. At the exclusive show held at Marina Mall Cinescape, the audience featured children from Kuwait Association for the Care of Children in Hospital (KACCH), Kuwait Down Syndrome Society and AlKharafi Activity Kids Center.
The young audience was invited to spend a fun evening in the company of Peter Rabbit and his friends. The family-friendly film proved to be a big hit with the children, who walked away with huge smiles on their faces. Following the screening, the children were treated to special Peter Rabbit Happy Meals and toys, before wrapping up the evening and leaving with goodie bags filled with Peter Rabbit memorabilia.
Speaking about the screening, Sherif Coutry, Marketing Director at McDonald’s Kuwait, said: “The McDonald’s experience is all about bringing joy and laughter to our communities, and that is something we always strive to live by. That being said, nothing makes us happier than drawing smiles on the faces of children, and these movie screenings have become a beloved tradition for us over the past few years. I personally am always thrilled to see how much joy they bring to children and families alike.”
Coutry further added, “We are extremely grateful to all the different organizations and individuals who continue to help us make these events such a resounding success. All I can say is that we are already looking forward to the next event.”
