New and easy registration with NBK online and mobile banking

KUWAIT: National Bank of Kuwait works continually to provide customers with the most up-to-date, innovative services that make banking simple, easy and secure. Now NBK customers can complete their daily transactions even more conveniently with a new updated registration process for online and mobile banking. Customers can use the same username and password to log in to their accounts via NBK Online and the Mobile Banking app.

“We constantly work to update our online and mobile services to meet customer banking and lifestyle needs,” explained Hala Al-Shoaibi, Senior Alternative Channels Manager, Consumer Banking Group, National Bank of Kuwait. “With this new update, it will be easier for users to sign in and complete their necessary transactions. This new update will take the online and mobile banking to a whole new level of user friendliness.”

Making banking even more convenient for customers, NBK has also added new useful features for online and mobile transactions. NBK customers can manage their NBK prepaid and credit cards while traveling, including making payments and transferring funds and increasing monthly transfer limits as needed. Customers can also complete a variety of transactions via the NBK Online or Mobile Banking app including paying mobile phone service, transfer funds to local accounts or abroad, make payments to credit cards, check balances and Reward Points and much more.

To benefit from all the mobile banking features, NBK customers can download or update to the most recent version of the NBK Mobile Banking app through the associate stores App Store or Play Store on their smart phones. Once registered, customers can create username and password that works for both services: NBK Online and the NBK Mobile Banking app. These new features make it simple and easy for customers in Kuwait or while traveling abroad to do their banking without difficulties.
