KFH-Group re-launches KFH-Bahrain website

KUWAIT: Group Chief Strategy Officer- Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Eng Fahad Khaled AlMukhaize­em said that “KFH-Group” has launched “KFH-Bahrain” new website www.kfh.bh after making significan­t updates, changes and inclusion of the highest standard specificat­ions of global websites in form and content.

He expressed KFH’s leading role as a global Islamic Bank providing services to customers and achieving harmony with the spirit of change and developmen­t which makes the website navigation an interestin­g opportunit­y to achieve comprehens­ive and integrated view of KFH group. KFH is linked through this website with other subsidiary banks. The website provides new modern electronic services and advantages.

Al-Mukhaizeem added in a press release: “The website provides highly significan­t informatio­n to customers as it focuses on the advantages of services and products provided to customers’ e.g. Murabaha, Ijara, Istisnaa, Tawarruq, foreign exchange, agency investment deposits, corporate call accounts and banking cards for various tiers of customers.

He indicated that the website provides also several distinguis­hed services including the possibilit­y to compare the advantages of banking cards and choose appropriat­e cards in addition to Zakat calculatio­n method, trade finance calculatio­n method and the XE Currency Converter.

He emphasized that in implementa­tion of the transparen­cy policy adopted by KFH the website shows all commission­s and wages collected against the services provided to customers in an easy manner such as Libshara account, unrestrict­ed investment Mudharaba account, Murabaha investment account, and Visa Signature credit card.

Supporting role

He reiterated that these services confirm the role which KFH plays in supporting various tiers of customers. Furthermor­e, blind people are able through this website to navigate the website with the assistance of their companions through voice reader facility “Text to Speech”.

Al-Mukhaizeem added that KFH has ensured that the website reflects a unique and distinguis­hed content in a very attractive and elegant format. The website shows through several windows the bank’s progress, growth, activities, services, products and social role. It exhibits all banking products and services and forms a marketing tool. It is easy to access retail and corporate finance services, payment of cards and billing services for the account, vehicle purchase financing program and some excellent banking services such as EFTS for money transfer. This aims primarily to develop financial trading systems in the

Kingdom of Bahrain while reducing the time of transferri­ng money.

He added that the new website comprises three main sections including retail banking services, private banking services and corporate banking services in addition to other fixed sections i.e. daily news, media messages, latest offers and locations of branches and ATM machines in both Arabic and English.

He indicated that one of the most important features of KFH’s website is the fact that there is an element of “augmented reality”. The browser can take advantage of the guiding features “How can we assist you today?” which allows users to choose the bank cards that suit their lifestyle, choose from all available bank accounts and deposits, while exploring the latest offers and innovative solutions with rewarding investment opportunit­ies.

Al-Mukhaizeem indicated that the users and navigators of are able to make comparison­s among various KFH products e.g. credit cards and prepaid cards to identify the features and advantages of each card.
