KFH concludes program for exec management

KUWAIT: “Kuwait Finance House (KFH) is working on building leaders and outstandin­g expertise that keep abreast of the accelerati­ng growth of KFHGroup businesses. This reinforces the prestigiou­s status of the Bank, while contribute­s in achieving sustained success,” said KFH-Group CEO- Mazin Saad Al-Nahedh.

Al-Nahedh statement was made during the last session of the advanced High Performanc­e Leaders program that was tailored specifical­ly for KFH senior management. The program was held in three phases in efforts to efficientl­y achieve the maximum benefits where the seniors make the bigger impact they can on their team, organizati­on, and customers.

He added in a press release, that investing in human capital is the best investment, considerin­g KFH human resources the core asset of the Bank. KFH is keen on continuall­y qualifying a well-trained and fully equipped team that can deal with the latest developmen­ts of the Islamic finance industry as per highest standards of profession­alism and commitment. This is the major pillar for KFH to achieve the set targets in accordance with its strategy in different fields on the level of the Group that span different regions across the world.

It is worth noting that the last phase of this advanced program was organized and delivered by one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools- INSEAD, located in France, whereas the first two phases were held by IMD business school for management and leadership located in Switzerlan­d. The program was delivered by a number of well-known lecturers and global business leaders such as Prof Michael Yajazi, Dr Anand Narasimhan, and Prof Neil Jones.
