NBK organizes Masterclass on embracing a better tomorrow
KUWAIT: The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) organized a Masterclass entitled ‘Leading the Future: Having the Courage to Create A Better Future,’ delivered by Peter Fisk, a professor of strategy, innovation and marketing who advises on fast-changing markets around the world. The Masterclass was attended by number of NBK officials. The Masterclass covered the fundamentals as well as the drivers of innovation and disruption in the workplace, in addition to ways to generate new ideas from inspiring figures around the world, who successfully managed to redefine their businesses in an unprecedented matter and in a short time.
He also showcased the prerequisites of an innovation-friendly environment and the factors that encourage opening up to new ideas and exploring untraditional and innovative solutions that help overcome challenges related to disruptive change in the workplace. Fisk shed light on case studies comprising more than 250 mega businesses and startups to learn about their incredible business models that inspired innovation and disruption. He cited the world’s most disruptive businesses and brands, in addition to the experiences of several international industries to develop an innovative business model.
Game changers in fields of technology and services resorted to see the world from a different perspective, and they reshaped their businesses and shook up their markets right.
