Jumeirah unveils four signature restaurant­s

Renowned for its bold, trailblazi­ng culinary concepts, Jumeirah Group is thrilled to reveal its four signature restaurant­s, Rockfish, Shimmers, Zheng He’s and KAYTO pop-up within Jumeirah Mina A’Salam and Jumeirah Al Naseem, including a brand-new concept and the re-launch of two of Dubai’s most-loved venues. From innovative Chinese cuisine and Mediterran­ean seafood with Italian flair to exotic Peruvian-Nikkei and a beachside Greek experience, the four distinct restaurant­s are set to impress Dubai residents and visitors alike this season.

Under the direction of Jumeirah Group’s Chief Culinary Officer, Michael Ellis, the four unique restaurant­s showcase the hotel group’s emphasis on delivering culinary excellence, one-of-a-kind atmosphere and unparallel­ed service. Michael Ellis comments: “Innovation is at the heart of what we do and therefore I am delighted to announce the evolution of three of our restaurant­s in Jumeirah Mina A’Salam and Jumeirah Al Naseem as well as the launch of a brand-new pop-up KAYTO in Jumeirah Al Naseem. With famed dishes of Chef Marco, Chef Cristian, Chef Wei and Chef Nikolas, all served in distinct, iconic locations, Jumeirah is the place to be.”

Celebratin­g the unique fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine known as “Nikkei”, KAYTO pop-up restaurant by Chef Cristian Goya at Jumeirah Al Naseem will captivate all who visit. Designed for sharing, the menu features dishes such as Saikyo Miso Black Cod, fresh ceviche, special sushi nigiri and rolls, and robust meat dishes, to be enjoyed in an effortless­ly cool atmosphere enhanced by secluded outdoor seating and the upbeat sounds of a live DJ set six days a week.

Home to exceptiona­l views of the glistening Arabian Gulf and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Rockfish showcases the artfully crafted Italian fare of Michelin-starred Chef Marco Garfagnini. With a focus on crudo and seafood, the restaurant is known for its eclectic interior design, sprawling terrace and specialty gin trolley with more than 15 beverage varieties from around the world, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the winter weather.

As Jumeirah Mina A’Salam continues to thrive as a leading Dubai dining destinatio­n, Zheng He’s, the popular Chinese restaurant, reopens its doors with a new culinary and mixology offering, refreshed dÈcor and dynamic ambience. The latest menu, curated by former Hakkasan chef, Chef Lai Min Wei, delivers classic Chinese dishes with a contempora­ry spin using the finest ingredient­s and age-old techniques. Guests will be offered the likes of Blue Lobster Dumplings with Caviar and Lemongrass Sauce, Boston Lobster in Tomato Chili Broth with Crispy Rice, and Zheng He’s iconic Peking Duck.

Situated alongside Jumeirah Mina A’Salam’s pristine stretch of beach, Shimmers, the Greek hotspot, is turning up the heat for the cooler season. Complete a whitewashe­d colour palette, breezy beachside vibes and a revitalize­d menu by new Chef Nikolas Bragoudaki­s from the famous island of Crete, Shimmers will transport guests to the Cyclades as they sample the vibrant flavors and atmosphere of Greek cuisine.
