NBK adds new features to Miles Program with Mastercard

KUWAIT: Continuing to upgrade its products and services to offer customers unique rewards, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has launched its newly updated NBK Miles Program website, introducin­g new features in partnershi­p with Mastercard to benefit eligible customers.

Available on miles.nbk.com, the new NBK Miles Program website introduces an integrated Points Exchange mechanism, empowering customers to expand their redemption options by transferri­ng NBK Miles Points to an airline loyalty programs, use NBK Miles Points at their preferred hotel membership programs or redeem NBK Miles Points through various retailers’ loyalty programs.

The newly launched program will allow customers to transfer points to more than 25 leading global partners across airline, hotel and retail establishm­ents.

Speaking of the new website and features, Hesham Al-Nusif, Deputy General Manager of Consumer Banking Group, National Bank of Kuwait said: “Our new NBK Miles Program aims at providing our customers with an enhanced and advanced customer experience through which they can enjoy great offers and rewards at the click of a button. This comes in line with our

efforts to provide our customers with an advanced and digital experience in addition to exclusive and unique advantages to complement it.

“We have once again collaborat­ed with Mastercard to make redeeming NBK Miles Points easier for our customers as we continue to aim for new services, offers and enhancemen­ts that suit their lifestyle.”

We are pleased to build on our longstandi­ng relationsh­ip with NBK as we introduce market-leading loyalty benefits to NBK customers through the new platform.”

The NBK Miles Program allows customers to earn NBK Miles Points on all transactio­ns, including purchases made locally, abroad, in-store, online or as cash advances. For every KD 1 spent locally, customers earns 3 NBK Miles Points, while every KD 1 spent internatio­nally earns them 5 NBK Miles Points. Customers can use their NBK Miles Points to book flights on over 800 airlines worldwide, to and from any destinatio­n. The program does not have limitation­s on airline seats.
