Boubyan Bank launches appointmen­t booking at its website

KUWAIT: Within its efforts to develop its services to cope with the current situations caused by COVID-19 and provide the highest levels of services while fully observing health precaution­s, Boubyan Bank announced providing a service at its website to book appointmen­ts to visit the bank’s various branches.

In this regard, Boubyan Bank’s AGM for personal banking services, Bashar Mohamed Al-Doub said that appointmen­t can booked at the bank’s website: www.bankboubya­n.com where visitors can select suitable appointmen­ts, branch and enter their basic data including name, civil ID

number and mobile number on which they will receive an SMS confirming the booking data.

Al-Doub added that the service is optional but still provides many privileges such as cutting short waiting time as well as the time they will have to spend at the branch. Further, Al-Doub pointed that all Boubyan bank branches are currently highly equipped to ensure everybody’s health and safety. “It is of great importance that all visitors respect precaution­ary measures recommende­d by health authoritie­s and wear facemasks during the visit”, he underlined.

Investing in digital services Meanwhile, Al-Doub said that the new service is part of the digital services Boubyan bank always provides its customers with. He also explained that Boubyan bank has been adapting the strategy of investing in and expanding its digital services for years during which those services

proved successful and highly significan­t under the circumstan­ces Kuwait and the entire world are currently experienci­ng and in view of the growing reliance on banking services provided via ebanking channels.

He added: “Ever since the beginning of COVID-19 crisis months ago, there has been a growing demand from clients on using digital banking services through the bank’s website at: www.boubyanban­k.com or through Bouubyan bank’s apps on smart mobile phones, which means that the bank has never lost contact with its clients despite the crisis and its impact on various economic sectors worldwide”.
