Zain successfully renews six ISO certifications

Zain successfully renewed the following certifications: Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015), Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001:2022), Business Continuity (ISO 22301:2012), IT Service Management (ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018), and Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001:2018).
The certifications were successfully renewed after a thorough audit process was completed by an independent certifying body. Teams from Zain’s various departments and divisions were visited to assess compliance with the required practices and standards. The company’s systems and infrastructure were also evaluated. The Quality Management System certification attests Zain’s commitment to delivering reliable, efficient, and satisfactory products and services that meet customer requirements and comply with applicable regulations. The Environmental Management System certification affirms the company’s compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, pollution prevention, and continual
