Real-time technology to reduce UAE airport queues and delays

During GITEX Technology Week on the Smart Dubai stand, DTP and SAP demoed a solution called Liveair, which utilizes Amazon’s virtual personal assistant, Alexa. Passengers and airport staff can ask questions and receive answers about airport information, flight boarding times, and delays. Additionally, they can use a touch table as a way of finding flight information.
