ALWALEED BIN TALAL SELLS FULL STAKE IN FOUR SEASONS TORONTO
Shahid Khan, the founder of Flex-n-gate Group, CEO of NFL'S Jacksonville Jaguars, and the London-based Fulham Football Club, has fully acquired the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto from an affiliate of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC). The deal is worth USD 225 million. Four Seasons Hotel Toronto was previously owned by KHC, chaired by Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud. After the acquisition, the property will continue to be managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. With 100 properties worldwide, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is the world’s leading luxury hospitality company. It is currently owned by Bill Gates’s Cascade (47.5 percent), by HRH Prince Alwaleed (47.5 percent) and by the founder Isadore Sharp (five percent).
