A joint venture between Four Seasons and Alshaya Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Alshaya announced plans for Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya to open in early 2017. The project forms part of Alshaya's new Burj Alshaya mixed-use development. It will have 284 rooms. The property will offer both indoor and outdoor pools, creating an urban resort oasis. Four-star boutique hotel slated for Jounieh Plans are in the pipeline to develop C-hotel, a four-star boutique hotel, in Jounieh, Mount Lebanon. The project will be located by the Tripoli-beirut Highway, near Casino du Liban, facing the sea. The project will cover 3,000 square meters. It will include eight floors with 30 rooms. Investment in the project is between USD 6 and USD 10 million and development is expected to be finalized within the next two years.
