IHG signs Holiday Inn Dubai Science Park

The project is scheduled to open in 2019, and will be located in the region’s first free zone community. It will offer a wealth of facilities, including office and laboratory space, with the aim of creating a ‘Life Sciences’ community. The project will comprise 402 rooms and suites, including five meeting rooms and a conference hall seating 600 guests.
